The revised Association Board of Directors meeting dates and times for 2019 are as follows: January 28, 2019, March 25, 2019, May 20, 2019 at 5:00pm, July 19, 2019 at 5:45pm, September 16, 2019 at 5:00pm, and December 2, 2019 at 6:15pm with Owners Meeting at 7:00pm. March 25, 2019 - It's almost that time of year again - time to gather as one community to help clean up our lake! - The 2019 Clean Up is to be scheduled shortly and will run like previous years. Everyone must register online in order to participate. Volunteers will be able to leave from the various town parks ..

March 25, 2019 - The Association previously installed a locked gate and path for easier access to the marina and also a locked gate, path, enhanced landscaping and steps for beach access for certain Reynolds Road neighbors. Poet's Landing resident beach and marina access will not change. Each of these gates will have a code only available to those who are allowed access to the beach and/or the marina from Reynolds Road. March 25, 2019 - The Board is concerned about unit owners replacing their hot water heaters as most units are ten years old, which is the life expectancy of hot water heaters and previously sent a letter on this topic. Recently, a hot water heater malfunctioned and caused damage to a unit and is now an Association insurance claim.
